Behavioral Health Services

Have a healthier life and a successful future

Our behavioral health services include substance abuse treatment and mental health therapy for adults. Our licensed clinicians are trained to provide behavioral health services in individual, group and family settings to most appropriately meet the needs of patients with diverse stressors and conditions.

Prevention & Testing Services

Know your status!

Today more than 1.1 million people in the U.S. are living with HIV, but 1 in 7 of them don’t know it. FLAS offers free and confidential testing for: HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C.

Health Education Services

Education is key to prevention

The Youth Prevention Workshops introduces students to positive actions and responsible behaviors through a school-based program in the high schools in the Greater Houston Area. Our certified prevention specialist educate youth about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and gang involvement.

Court Mandated Services

We understand the needs of the community

FLAS, Inc. provides substance abuse outpatient services and prevention programs at affordable rates. FLAS is a licensed agency by the state and with registered local courts. We understand the needs of the community and make it a priority to meet participants at their financial level. All services are delivered by licensed professionals and Bilingual counselors who are dedicated to serve any person in need.

Assistance for PLWH

Emergency assistance program provides support for people with HIV/AIDS

Emergency Assistance Program provides support for people with HIV/AIDS. This includes help with any essential utility bill. The agency must adhere to the following guidelines in providing these services. This program also provides food baskets to anyone affected by cancer and HIV/AIDS.
